ABOUT DZNC

Established in 2016, DZNC is a CIDB- and MOF-registered Bumiputera contractor specialising in fire protection, fire safety compliance and building services across Malaysia.

Drawing on industry experience and technical expertise, DZNC delivers practical solutions that address building safety requirements, regulatory obligations and project-specific needs.

Our work is guided by a commitment to quality, reliability and regulatory compliance, taking into account applicable BOMBA requirements, the Uniform Building By-Laws (UBBL), Malaysian Standards (MS), NFPA standards and other relevant guidelines.

With over 38 years of experience in the fire and safety industry, including my service with the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department (BOMBA), I believe that safety, compliance, and professionalism are the foundation of every successful project.

COMPANY MILESTONES

Company Incorporated

The company was incorporated on 6 April 2016 as a Bumiputera company.

2019

Renamed to DZNC Sdn Bhd

Company name changed to DZNC Sdn Bhd on 15 January 2019.

2023

CIDB & MOF Registered

Registered with CIDB in August and with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia in December.

2024

PKNS Compliance Works

Completed BOMBA compliance and smoke management system upgrade works for PKNS Real Estate.

2025

Key Projects Delivered

Delivered projects for MITEC, ICMS, Akzo Nobel Paints and Chulan Tower.

EXPERIENCE

Led by a Director with 38 years of service in the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department (JBPM), most recently as Assistant Director, Fire Investigation Division, JBPM Selangor.

END-TO-END DELIVERY

Consultation and design, installation, testing and inspection, authority submission, maintenance and training are all available from DZNC.

COMPLIANCE FOCUS

Work is carried out with reference to BOMBA requirements, the Fire Services Act 1988 (Act 341), UBBL, Malaysian Standards and NFPA.

TECHNICAL UNDERSTANDING

Project work includes underground fire pipeline upgrading, tunnel fire protection equipment, smoke management system upgrading and hydraulic calculation.
